Bench Drill Press Schlenker BS2

A small bench drill press is well suited, for example, for drilling a hole in a piece of sheet metal and then cutting a slot with a fret saw.

Precision Small Drill Press Schlenker BS2

Schlenker BS2 precision mini bench drill; a chuck is installed instead of collets.

This machine is designed for more precise drilling operations. The hardened and ground spindle runs in combined plain and rolling bearings and is equipped with a holder for 8 mm collets. Alternatively, a drill chuck can be used. A micrometer ring with a 0.01 mm graduation serves as the depth stop. Thanks to the favorable transmission ratio between the hand lever and the spindle, safe drilling of even the smallest holes is possible. Threaded holes M6 are provided on the work surface for securing workpieces. The machine is driven by a 380-volt three-phase motor.

The Swabian engineers Thilo and Uli Huber relocated the company Hans Schlenker from the Black Forest (Villingen-Schwenningen, Black Forest) to Berlin.
