Exterior appearance of the building
The south-eastern corner of the building was designed as a tower. The walls of this tower project by a quarter of a brick; the corners of the second floor are decorated with ornamental elements. On the attic floor only the tower room had two dormers, while the others had small roof windows. The design of the roof cornice also differs, and there are no consoles beneath it.
The building is a corner house with an angle of less than 30°. In front of it there is a small plot. In addition, the house stands on a hillside, and the streets running along both sides descend in one direction and rise in the other.
A bathroom was installed in one of the rooms. The heavy wall was placed directly on the floor, beneath which there was no load-bearing wall. The floor deformed, causing the newly constructed wall to separate from both the facade and the ceiling.
